Property Entrepreneur, Investor & Mentor with 15+ years of real experience

Andrei Bosancu
Property Entrepreneur · Investor · Mentor
I'm Andrei Bosancu — a property entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with a journey shaped by real experience, hard decisions, and years of learning on the ground.
I was born in Romania into a modest background. Opportunities were limited, and from a young age I realised that if I wanted more from life, I would have to create it myself. Business became the only realistic path to take control of my future. There are no photos from this period — this part of my journey was about survival, learning, and building mindset.
After starting small ventures in Romania, I knew my growth would be limited if I stayed. In my early twenties, I made the decision to move to the United Kingdom. At 24, I arrived in the UK without a blueprint or safety net — just determination and a willingness to work from the bottom up.

UK Construction & Early Career
2015 - 2020

Between 2015 and 2020, I worked hands-on in the UK construction and renovation industry. I operated as an electrical and construction contractor, managing projects and employing teams of up to 25 people. I worked on both residential and commercial sites, including large-scale projects such as the AstraZeneca headquarters in Cambridge.
This period shaped everything that followed. Being on-site taught me how properties truly function — from layouts and structural decisions to cost control, compliance, and timelines. These lessons became the foundation of my approach to property and business.
First Property Projects

During this time, I began investing personally. I purchased my first property and later converted a one-bedroom apartment into a two-bedroom unit, carrying out a full strip-out and full refurbishment. These projects taught me how to add value, manage risk, and execute properly — not just theorise.
Transition into Serviced Accommodation

As my experience grew, I recognised the limits of traditional buy-to-let and transitioned into Serviced Accommodation. I started with just two units and managed everything myself. Through systems, discipline, and long working hours, the business scaled and eventually reached an annual turnover of approximately £2,000,000.
This wasn't passive income — it was built through execution, operational control, and constant refinement.
International Expansion – Dubai

As the UK business stabilised, I expanded internationally and spent close to two years operating in Dubai. I was directly involved in managing multiple luxury serviced accommodation properties, overseeing operations, guest experience, compliance, and performance.

Dubai is a high-expectation market where standards are uncompromising. Managing luxury units there pushed my systems, attention to detail, and operational discipline to a new level and reinforced the importance of treating serviced accommodation as a serious hospitality business.
Business Autopilot & Life Balance
The Rewards of Success
When business runs on autopilot, you gain the most valuable asset — time for what truly matters

As systems matured and teams were put in place, the business became less dependent on my daily involvement. This created something more valuable than income — time. Property allowed me to travel, be present with my family, and focus on what matters beyond work.

Daily Grind
Productivity & hard work
After years of building, scaling, and systemising my businesses, I chose to share my experience with others. I mentor based on real-world experience — the wins, the mistakes, and the lessons learned over 15+ years in property and business.
Today, my focus is on helping others build Serviced Accommodation the right way — with structure, compliance, sustainability, and long-term thinking — so they can succeed without repeating the costly mistakes I made.
